MLS® Services – including computer access to the Multiple Listing Service®, on-going training, trade shows, help desk support, and an Internet Service Provider program.

Education – on-going courses and seminars, many of which are applicable to a member’s mandatory 18 hours of continuing education. The Board also administers the Real Estate Agent’s Program and offers technology training and qualifying exams.

Commercial & Rural - The Board’s Commercial and Rural Divisions are leaders in the field and offer unique services to their members. For more information, review our "Benefits to Commercial Membership" brochure.

Weekly Newspaper – the Board is pleased to offer reasonable advertising rates to its members through the Calgary Real Estate News (CREN®). The Board also offers reasonable printing rates for its members on a variety of brochures, feature sheets, business cards, etc.

Communications – the Board keeps its members up to date on industry issues through a weekly newsletter, monthly and quarterly statistics, information bulletins, and more.

Supplies – we carry everything from measuring tapes to industry-related software. Our REALTOR Store is a must visit location once you’ve become a member.

Additional Benefits – the Charitable Foundation of the Calgary Real Estate Board raises money for shelter-related charities and also raises the awareness by the public of the good works of REALTORS in our communities. Members enjoy many special and social events during the year, providing an opportunity for networking. The REALTOR Assistance Program offers confidential counseling on a variety of issues, including emotional and financial.
