Provincial Qualifying Exams (PQE's)
CREB® is an approved facility for writing Provincial Qualifying Exams (PQE's), and provides Open Exam dates for anyone to write the following exams:
• Real Estate Associates Program (REAP)
• Real Estate Brokers Program (REBP)
• AMBA Mortgage Associates Program (MAP)
• Alberta College of Pharmacists (ACP) Jurisprudence
Pre-registration is required. To see all Open Exam dates and to register, please see exam registration details at the bottom of the page, and fax the completed registration form to 403.218.3687 or email to education@creb.ca. Registrations will NOT be taken over the phone. Students who are taking enrolled in classroom delivery at CREB® are automatically registered in the exam associated with their respective class on the course schedule. These students do not need to register separately to write their exam.
For RECA Property Management Module, Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), or out-of-province examinations, please contact our office via the phone at 403.781.1307 for further details. An administrative fee of $52.50 applies to all written examinations booked at CREB®.
All computer exam fees are paid online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Paypal at the time of the exam. Pre-payment of the exam fee is not possible. If you do not show up for an exam that you are scheduled for, your credit card or CREB® account will be charged a $25.00 no-show fee. If you are unable to write the exam on the scheduled date, please notify the Education Department as soon as possible.
To access your online exam, you must have:
• A valid AREA Permission To Write (PTW) or Permission to Rewrite (PTR)
• Government issued photo identification (eg. driver's licence, passport, etc.)
• Passport photo for each exam (it needs to be stamped by the photo studio, and dated within the last six (6) months)
• Visa, Mastercard, Amercian Express, or Paypal for online payment of the exam
Mortgage Associates & Brokers: Please contact AMBA for your Exam Authorization Form (EAF) prior to registering with us, otherwise you will not be able to access your exam.
