RECA is pleased to provide Real Estate Update 2009-2010 as the real estate Re-licensing Education Program (REP) for 2009-2010. Completing the course prior to September 30, 2010 fulfills the education requirements for real estate license renewal for this period. RECA has developed the Real Estate Update 2009-2010 in order to advance the skills and expertise of real estate industry members by increasing awareness of changes to the Real Estate Act, Rules and Regulations, as well as enhancing their understanding of legislative requirements, relevant court cases, as well as current industry issues, guidelines and best practices.
