Unlicensed Real Estate Assistant Course
In this two (2) day course, participants will learn about their role and the tasks they can perform as unlicensed assistants, information about the Real Estate Act, CREB® Bylaws and Rules & Regulations, how to complete various administrative tasks such as building measurements, listing contracts, purchase contracts, and other additional forms, and the tools and services provided by the Board, including MLS®, CREN® Advertising.

Upon successfully completing this course the student will receive a Certificate of Achievement. There is no examination, but 100% attendance is mandatory. Please bring a metric conversion calculator to the course.
