Prerequisites:
This course introduces the specialized nature of dealing with industrial-commercial and investment properties. The scope of commercial real estate is broad and includes: industrial, leasing, property and asset management, business brokerage, investment, and land sales. Learn about financial analysis and evaluation, return on investment techniques, and other important skills. Tuesday, December 6 & Wednesday, December 7 (9:00am - 4:00pm) Exam: Monday, December 12 at 12:30pm Thursday, April 19 & Friday, April 20 (9:00am - 4:00pm) Exam: Monday, April 23 at 12:30pm Sign in for the exam begins at the stated time. You must arrive within 15 minutes of the sign in time in order to write the exam. There is no access into the CREB® building before 8:30am. Exam fee of $57.75 is paid online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Paypal at the time of the exam. If you do not show up for an exam that you are scheduled for, your credit card or CREB® account will be charged a $25.00 no-show fee.
