This half day course is designed to provide a basic understanding of: • The foreclosure process. • The redemption period and how long an owner has to continue to market their property in the face of a pending foreclosure. • Lack of equity red flags. • Personal liability on mortgages in the event of foreclosure. • Working with lawyers on Judicial Listings and Judicial Sales. • Understanding the Schedule A or B attached to Judicial Sales. • Special considerations to representing buyers in purchasing foreclosed properties.
