Open Exam Dates • Thursday, December 29 at 12:30pm • Wednesday, January 4 at 8:30am • Thursday, January 19 at 12:30pm • Thursday, February 2 at 12:30pm • Tuesday, February 14 at 12:30pm • Wednesddy, February 29 at 12:30pm • Tuesday, March 13 at 8:30am • Wednesday, April 4 at 8:30am • Wednesday, April 18 at 8:30am Sign-in for exams begin at the stated time. You must arrive within 15 minutes of the sign-in time. There is no access into the CREB® building before 8:30 am. Pre-registration is required. Please complete the exam registration form and fax to 403.218.3687 or email to education@creb.ca. Registrations will NOT be taken over the phone. Students who are taking enrolled in classroom delivery at CREB® are automatically registered in the exam associated with their respective class on the course schedule. These students do not need to register separately to write their exam. Examination Fees including GST • REAP Phase-2 $131.25 • REAP Phase-3 (each section) $131.25 • AMBA MAP $131.25 • R.E. Brokers Program (each module) $57.75 • R.E. Brokers Program Final Exam $131.25 • RECA Mortgage Exam Fees & Property Management Exam Fees included in Course - rewrites pay $52.50 including gst to CREB®. • RECA exams pay CREB® $52.50 For Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), or out-of-province examinations, please contact our office at education@creb.ca or via the phone at 403.781.1307 for further details. An administrative fee of $78.75 applies to all written examinations booked at CREB®. All exam fees are paid online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Paypal at the time of exam. Pre-payment of the exam fee is not possible. If you do not show up for an exam that you are scheduled for, your credit card or CREB® account will be charged a $25.00 no-show fee.
