Prerequisites:
Phase III - Commercial Real Estate (Section 8, 42 hours) Role of Industry Member Proeprty Evaluation Working with the Sellers/Landlords Working with Buyers/Tenants Investment Leasing Completing the Transaction Case Studies In each section, the theory addressed in Phase II is applied to the real life real estate practices of industry members. Understanding the principles of property value and how to evaluate properties in each area of practice is a major focus of these sections. Working with clients is put into practice and you work through lots of case studies that replicate real life real estate transactions. Upon successfully completion of the REAP course, including the provincial exams, a sponsorship will be required with a brokerage if joining a company belonging to CREB® to take our 3-day Orientation Course. Your Broker will then register you to become licensed with the Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA). Cost: Class $745.00 Exam $131.25 (to be paid by Visa or Mastercard only on the day of exam) Total cost $876.25 including GST Exam fees are paid on-line with Visa or MasterCard at the time of the exam. However, if you do not show up for an exam that you are scheduled for, your credit card will be charged a $25.00 No Show Fee. Day Classes: Classes run on Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 4:00pm unless noted otherwise. Exams 8:30am.
