Prerequisites:
Thursday, April 12 & Friday, April 13 Classes run 9:00am - 4:00pm for 2 days Cost $273 including GST Participants will learn about their role and the tasks they can perform as unlicensed assistant, information about the Real Estate Act, CREB® Bylaws and Rules & Regulations, how to complete various administrative tasks such as building measurements, listing contracts, purchase contracts, and other additional forms, and the tools and services provided by the Board, including MLS®, CREN® Advertising. Upon successfully completing of this course the student will receive a Certificate of Achievement. There is no examination, but 100% attendance is mandatory. Please bring a metric conversion calculator to the course. The Board of Directors recommend all Unlicensed Real Estate Assistants to complete this two (2) day course.
