Classroom Dates • September 22, 24 or 28 Cost $78.75 including GST The current mandatory course Real Estate Update 2009-2010 is available both in teh classroom and online through RECA. CREB® has been authorized by RECA to facilitate the classroom version. There is a course fee in order to cover our classroom and instructor costs. Both the online version and classroom delivery follow the same course format with audio & visual video clips. Course Content The Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA) is pleased to provide Real Estate Update 2011-2012 as the real estate Re-licensing Education Program (REP) for 2011-2012 licence renewal period. RECA has developed this course in order to advance the skills and expertise of real estate industry members by increasing awareness of recent changes to the Real Estate Act Rules. In addition, the course will enhance your understanding of legislative requirements, identify current industry issues and recommended industry best practices. Completion of the course prior to September 30, 2012 fulfills the education requirements for real estate re-licensing for 2011-2012 period. Unit 2 – Legal Update: In order to attend you MUST first complete the RECA Classroom Enrollment Form, and then send to CREB® Education via fax at 403-218-3687 or via email at education@creb.ca. Your RECA ID is required to enroll in this course. Please contact your broker if you do not know your RECA ID.
