1 of 2 2008 Mandatory Course - Agency Fundamentals This 12-hour mandatory course focuses on agency relationships and practices including disclosures, remuneration, breaches and termination. It will discuss principles of agency law and fundamental duties owed by agents to their principals. Industry members must understand their responsibilities in agency relationships and the appropriate practices for effective handling of these relationships. The knowledge is vital in avoiding problems and better serving those seeking services from industry members. Please be on time as full attendance is mandatory and there will be sign-in done four times during the class. If you don't sign you will not receive any credit for attending this course.
