Understand the factors of real estate investment, define investor's objectives, gain an understanding of the APOD form, capitalization, Cap Rates and Valuing Real Property, gross rent multipliers, cash on cash return, cost per unit, cost per sq. ft. Gain an understanding of how to market commercial real estate.

THIS COURSE IS ONE FULL DAY AND A HALF. To achieve credits, you must pass the exam with at least 70%.
Exams are held on Day 2.

Day one: 9:00am - 4:00pm
Day two: 9:00am - noon

COURSE WITHDRAWAL AND REFUND POLICY
Verbal/Written notice or withdrawal and/or transfer must be received by the Calgary Real Estate Board Education Registration Office seven (7) full working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday, and statutory holidays) prior to the commencement of your course to be eligible for a full refund. Students whose withdrawal notices are not received seven (7) full working days prior to the course start date are liable for the entire fee. Please be on time, if you are more than 15 minutes late you may be not allowed in the class, or you may not qualify for the credits.
