Please scroll down for course dates and availability After completing the Real Estate Associates Program (REAP),the next step, before licensing, is to become a member of the Calgary Real Estate Board® (CREB) in order to gain access to the MLS® Service• The CREB® Orientation Course is an 18-hour mandatory program needed to gain membership with the CREB. Candidates MUST obtain sponsorship from a CREB® member brokerage firm in order to enroll in the Orientation Course, sponsorship forms are available through sponsor brokers or from the CREB®. Candidates must provide a signed sponsorship form and a payment of the non-refundable deposit of $210.00 to register in person, or by fax/email to the CREB®. The deposit will be applied against the membership entrance fees• Incomplete sponsorship forms or forms without payment will not be processed. Please note that American Express cards are not accepted at the CREB®. Upon successful attainment of the required 70% passing mark and 100% attendance for this course, firm brokers/managers can register candidates with RECA for licensing. Once licensing has been obtained, candidates can apply for CREB® Membership by visiting the CREB® in person and filling out a package of forms & paying the balance of fees & access to the MLS system within three hours of application. Candidates who register in under seven days before the commencement of this course are reminded that their fees are non-refundable and are recommended to call 218-3684 to confirm registration if it was not done in person at the CREB® Day 1 & Day 2 9am-4pm: Listing & Purchase Workshops Day 3 9am-4pm - Fundamentals of the MLS System (hands-on session) Dates: • May 5-7 • May 26-28 • June 23-25 • July 21-23 • August 18-20 • September 8-10
