Real Estate Law addresses all areas of law that can affect the operation of a real estate business, as well as the duties, responsibilities and liabilities of the real estate broker. The overall objective of the course is to create an awareness of the many legal considerations that may impact a broker's practice. Topics include the Law of Agency, Contract Law, Law of Property and the Condominium Property Act.

Course is Four Full Days:

September 30, October 1, 7 & 8, 9:00am-4:00pm

Exam on-line: October 10, - 8:30am at a cost of $58.30 including GST

Exam fees are paid on-line with Visa or MasterCard at the time of the exam. However, if you do not show up for an exam that you are scheduled for, your credit card or board account will be charged a $25.00 No Show Fee



Credits: 18.00  
Non-Member Cost: $378.00  

COURSE WITHDRAWAL AND REFUND POLICY
Verbal/Written notice or withdrawal and/or transfer must be received by the Calgary Real Estate Board Education Registration Office four (4) full working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday, and statutory holidays) prior to the commencement of your course to be eligible for a full refund. Students whose withdrawal notices are not received four(4) full working days prior to the course start date are liable for the entire fee. Please be on time, if you are more than 15 minutes late you may be not allowed in the class, and you may not qualify for the credits.
