Discovery House, a CREB^® REALTOR^® Community Foundation grant recipient has updated us with the amazing impact of the grant and REALTOR^® support.

Sales in April rose by seven per cent compared to last year, to 2,881 units. While the pace of growth did ease compared to earlier in the year, sales remain 37 per cent higher than long-term trends for the month. Much of the growth in sales has occurred for relatively more affordable, higher-density products.

At our April 25, 2024 AGM, I responded to the question above by saying that we in fact did propose a motion to remove the Pillar 9™ board of directors because we opposed a massive fee increase.
