You're invited: The Logel Homes Pre-sale REALTOR^® Program

At Logel Homes, a strong partnership starts with a common goal: finding a great home in a great location for your clients. 

And our REALTORS^® getting paid fairly and promptly. That's why we're excited to share information about our Platinum Realtor Program and to announce that, for every pre-sale condo and townhome building, we're now offering 100% of commissions paid upfront.*

That's 3.5% on the first $100,000 and 1.5% on the balance of the sale price, pre-GST. Rates we're proud to have kept unchanged for well over 15 years.

Where the program applies

The Pre-Sale Platinum Realtor Program is available at:

• Livingston Central, Building 2 (Coming soon)
• Sage Walk Bridges, Building 1 "The Arvida"
• Waterside at Mahogany, Building 8 "Courtyard South"
• Meridian Seton, Building 1
• Sage Walk Ravines, Blocks 3, 5, and 10

What counts as a pre-sale

When we launch a new condo or townhome building, we work toward a roughly 50% sales threshold before construction begins and can proceed to completion. The pre-sale program rewards the REALTORS^® who help us get there. We're already closing in on that threshold at most buildings, so now is the time to bring your clients forward.

Fast, predictable payment

Once a sale firms, your office submits an invoice and we pay commissions on the next pay period, typically about a month later. Invoices submitted on or before June 25, for example, are paid on July 31. You don't need a prior sales record with us to take part. The pre-sale portion of the Realtor Program is a separate offering, open to every REALTOR^®.

Beyond pre-sales

New to Logel Homes? Our standard Realtor Program on move-in ready and spec homes pays 50% of commissions up front and 50% at closing. Once you've sold more than five homes at any Logel Homes development, you join our Platinum Realtor Program, earning 100% commission up front on every sale thereafter.
