CREB^® REALTOR^® Community Foundation Legacy Grant recipient Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) has officially re-opened their doors following an ambitious expansion that tripled the number of family suites from 27 to 91. The addition of 64 suites—which makes Calgary the seventh largest of 380 Ronald McDonald houses around the world—was made possible in part by the $1 million Legacy Grant. The CREB^® REALTOR^® Community Foundation was one of the first major donors to this expansion project.

Thanks to the CREB^® REALTORS^® who volunteered at Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) on March 27, the house is one step closer to re-opening their doors to families in need of their support.

This week, Catherine Chow presented the Community Grant cheques on behalf of the CREB® REALTOR® Community Foundation. Each organization was thrilled to receive the grant to improve housing quality for the Calgarians they support.
